Kevin has had a prolific career playing the drums for over 40 years, playing all styles of music including rock, blues, funk, cajun and zydeco. He has performed and recorded in the New Orleans area, across the US and overseas with many local and international artists...which includes these New Orleans/Louisiana musicians: guitarists Dave Malone, Tommy Malone, Brian Stoltz and John Mooney; the late blues singer Marva Wright and late pianist Henry Butler; blues harmonica player Rockin' Jake; Cajun artists Bruce Daigrepont, Amanda Shaw, Bayou Deville, and Jean Bertrand & the 99 Playboys; Zydeco artist Terrance Simien; as well as local rock favorites Exit 209, Big Sun and Image. Kevin has also been involved in other aspects of the music industry. He was general manager of Tower Records in New Orleans for many years and toured the world as production manager with Preservation Hall Jazz Band. He also was an instructor and performer at the first Wheatland Music Camp in Michigan in June 2015 and returned again in 2016, 2017 & 2018. For the last 20 years, Kevin has devoted himself to playing and preserving the music of his Cajun ancestors. He performs 4-5 nights a week in New Orleans at world famous Mulate's Cajun Restaurant & Dancehall with Bayou Deville. He also performs several days a week on Bourbon Steet and throughout the metropolitan New Orleans area, with several other bands.
